Parthenon extra virgin cold pressed olive oil of superior quality obtained from olives exclusively mechanically.
Parthenon comes from Ermionida which is a small peninsula on the eastern coast of the Peloponnese and its capital is Kranidi.
It is from this luscious region that we cultivate our native variety Manani which is the main olive variety extracted for our extra virgin Parthenon with a blend of the Koroneiki variety. The higher proportion of Manani olives creates a unique sweetness, green colour as well as the smooth and fruity taste and herbal aroma. These characteristics are also aided by the hand harvesting only ripe olives and within hours of harvesting, the olives are pressed with the gentle method of cold extraction.
